There will be absolutely no refunds or credits (this includes "credit" for 2013) after February 1, 2012 and a $10 processing fee will apply for refund requests made prior to February 1, 2012.  Your registration can be transferred at no charge up to May 15 only and there are no transfers after this date.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

The reasons for this include:
1.  Presenters are contracted based on  the current attendance.
2.   Hotels have a  sliding scale penalty ranging from $4,000 to $42,000 if projected numbers are not met.
3.   A minimum amount has to be spent on food and beverage.
4.  Name tags are finalized.
5.  When credit cards are processed, they charge quite a few fees ...
